I love the induction stovetop pan.  I haven't been able to make aebleskiver
since getting an induction stove, and that has been my only disappointment
with the stove.  Now I can again.  The pan worked amazingly well at its
first use, with only a tiny bit of sticking.  I am sure it will get even
better as it is seasoned.  I was suprised that the pan was both so small and
so heavy, but think the individual cakes cook more evenly, and somewhat more
quickly, being smaller. -Joann

When you start using this new amazing cast iron pan, you will be among the few in this country to make aebleskiver on the next generation pans. In Europe they are getting very popular.

In the box here you will find an explanation on how magnetic induction works.

An induction cooker uses induction heating for cooking. A ferromagnetic or ferrimagnetic coated pot is placed above an induction coil for the heating process to take place. This type of hob (or, in American English stove top or cook top) does not work with non-ferromagnetic cookware, such as glass, aluminum, and most stainless steel, nor with ferromagnetic material covered with a conductive layer, such as a copper-bottomed pan.

Induction cookers are faster and more energy-efficient than traditional hobs. Additionally, the risk of accidental burning is diminished since the hob itself only gets marginally hot (due to heat conduction down from cookware), allowing direct contact with a reduced chance of harm. Also, no heat is lost to the air directly from the hob, keeping the kitchen containing the cooker cooler.

Since heat is being generated from an electric current induced by an electric coil, the range can detect when cookware is removed or its contents boil out by monitoring the voltage drop caused by resistance to the current. This creates possible additional functions, such as keeping a pot at minimal boil or automatically turning off when the cookware is removed.

 The pans are very universal and can be used on all stove tops here in the US., both gas and electric, including the flat top electric stoves. It is a perfect conversation piece for using when you are having company.  Not only will you be attracting your guests with the delicious aroma when baking aebleskiver, you can tell them about the future in cooking and that you are there already.

The flat bottom of these pans have an enamel coating, making them scratch free.  The pan itself is made from cast iron and it has the titanium coating on the cooking surfaces, which make them easy to cook with as well as clean up.  It is an amazing cooking appliance. This pan need only to be slightly seasoned before use.

Since the pan is made from cast iron it is rather heavy, so be aware of it. There is only one other pan as heavy as this one.

An in depth look  for and against each pan.

The titanium pan has become a huge success. It is a very heavy pan with the titanium finish for ease of cleaning and to keep the pan from rusting. The handle is heat resistant and make it easy to use.  The pan is made specific for the magnetic induction stoves that requires cast iron to work. The bottom is machined flat and covered with an enamel finish to protect the stovetop from scratching. .It is also perfect for the regular flat top electric stoves, as well as it can be used on any gas stove. It has seven holes.
This pan should be used with care on a gas stove, since the handle will melt if it comes in contact with the flame.It will have to be cured like any other cast iron pan, but need not as much care afterward. Do not attempt to use inside the oven. Holes are a little smaller, in order  to keep the weight down. It is very heavy, so handle with care.
